What’s the angriest you’ve ever been at a West Ham game?

Back in the 90s on entering UP and hearing that Keith Rowland had kept his place at left back, my brother completely lost his shit before we even got in the stand. Strange lad at times.
For me, Notts County game back in 92. I couldn’t even speak about the club till after the summer.

We were hanging on to a one goal lead and the ball broke to Christian Daily in our penalty area. He just had to smash it clear but managed to mis-kick and ball went to an opposition player. I lost my nut big time. Fortunately this didn’t lead to a goal against us.

Defoe and Minto missed penalties in a shootout, and we were out.

Firstly wasn't the Notts county last game in 91 (I assume you're talking about the announcer claiming we'd won the league before Oldham cheated to get a last min penalty and rob us of it).
For me it's probably the Brighton home debacle last year. Though there have been many.
Wasn't best pleased with saints last minute pen away last year. Especially as I was sat with Mongy saints fans

Tevez/Spurs game. That one really fucked me off.
Most recently Arsenal in the cup. Partly because I’d gave some little scrote outside the ground forty quid for a ten pound ticket, and mainly due to watching such a woeful fucking cup performance.

The most pissed off I've been at a match was a home match vs Everton. I think it was the 02/03 season. We'd previously drawn 2v2 vs Arsenal when Kanoute took an awful penalty that would have put us 3v1 up. We list 1v0 to Everton and I can't even remember why I was so angry - it's the only time ever in 35 years of going to WH that I've been so angry that I've just sat in my seat for ages after the match when more or less everyone had left the ground. I was with a Jock Rangers fan on the day and I think he thought I was a bit weird sitting there for so long after the whistle.
Also really pissed off after not beating Steaua Bucharest in the UEFA cup because of their one defender who literally did about 4 red card tackles and never got a card. It's the only match I've ever been convinced that the ref had taken a backhander.
Weirdly that Liverpool Cup FInal I wasn't angry about - more sad.

Birmingham away in the League Cup semi, 2011, is definitely up there. Throwing away a two goal cushion when we were that close to the final.
We were cruising at half time and they brought on that circus freak whose name escapes me now and just went route one just chucking long balls forward. We couldn't handle it though.
Made worse by the fact that Rob Green practically threw the ball into the net for their winning goal and Kieron Dyer missed an absolute sitter in extra time which would have seen us go through on away goals.
There have been much bigger games over the years where we've managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. But for some reason that one in particular riles me up more than most.

I never understood why people were so pissed off with the Notts County result. I always just thought, well we got promoted, not that big a deal we didn't finish top. I was in the minority thinking that though.

In recent times, Watford at home when we let that 2-0 lead become 2-4.
Countless other times when we've been wronged or just plain pathetic. The FA Cup final was more just emptiness and numbness rather than anger.
